This document is intended to regulate the conditions of general basic product H2A, which offers its owners the chance to enjoy the goods and / or services which are detailed below.

The collection and use of H2A vouche rentail the full and unreserved acceptance, and the validity of each and every one of the terms and / or Terms and Conditions listed below. With the purchase of vouchers, the user must be aware of the contents of the same and be subjected to them until such time as the validity of the voucher expires.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, AISIA Hotels reserves the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions, which will be duly communicated through the appropriate update of the page www.aisiahoteles.com

The H2A voucher

The H2A voucher of AISIA Hotels, whether physical, electronic or any other medium empowers users enjoyment of the goods and / or services provided on request and under the conditions applicable to each of them.

Using the H2A voucher

Vouchers, without a corresponding reservation number, have no validity whatsoever. The user must make the booking of services desired directly in the hotel.

Once the booking is made by the user, will received - via mail - the voucher for the contracted services.

On the day of arrival at the hotel chosen, must be submitted in the voucher receipt of the property chosen at the check-in time. Without the delivery of that bonus, the booking made is not valid and, therefore, may not take place the entry.

the rate paid for the voucher, for packages with accommodation, is subject to room availability and, therefore, will be, at the time of booking, when the hotel will inform to the voucher’s holder  on whether or not there is availability for dates requested.

In the case of services without accommodation, are also subject to availability and, therefore, will be at the time of booking, when the hotel will inform to the voucher’s holder  on whether or not there is availability for dates requested

The purchase of vouchers will be done through prepayment. By this way the full amount will be paid at the time of purchase.

Services included in the H2A voucher

The price of the voucher, in any of its carriers, including services and benefits listed in the same voucher. Any other service used in the establishment must be paid on the hotel’s reception desk at the check-out time.

Validity of Bono H2A

The validity of the voucher will be 1 year after buying it. After that period, the voucher and booking will be automatically cancelled without any right to obtain its extension, refund or redeem.

Similarly, AISIA Hotels will not accept the return of the voucher from those holders who have decided not to use before their expiry date, without it being equally valid for any extension, exchange or refund.

Using thermal area and other hotel facilities

To see the conditions for use of facilities at each of the establishments covered by this program, the user should seek to establish standards for use of its facilities.

Responsibilities of AISIA Hotels

AISIA Hotels will not be liable:
-- Theft, theft or misplacement of the H2A voucher by its owner, in which case or refund the price.
-- Any indirect or consequential damage caused to the Contractor resulting from the use of voucher  or any of the benefits or services provided in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.
-- For damages resulting from misuse by the voucher holder as provided in these Terms and Conditions.

Applicable law and jurisdiction competent

These conditions are a unit and will be interpreted and implemented in accordance with Spanish law. For any question that may arise concerning the interpretation and application of these Terms and Conditions, the parties, with the renunciation jurisdiction that might correspond, expressly submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Bilbao (Spain).
